HERE’S HOW IT WORKS… 

Ordering from the Website

Choose a category under MUSIC SHOP, then choose a song title, click on the song title. The details for that song appear.

When selecting songs, click on LISTEN button to hear a short sample MP3 file of the arrangement.

When selecting songs, click on SEE button to view a page of the arrangement.

You may then: 

·  Put it in your Cart

·  Check out using the online PayPal service

·  Receive your payment confirmation by email

·  Receive your notification email containing the download link

·  THEN DOWNLOAD YOUR PURCHASE(S). Click on Download Area

DOWNLOAD BONUS:

a SOUND file of entire arrangement with all computerized manuscripts!

When you download your selection, you’ll receive the music manuscript (.pdf). If the manuscript is computerized (generated by computer input), you’ll also receive a BONUS SOUND FILE of the entire arrangement(.mp3). We are working diligently to provide ALL music in this format as quickly as possible, starting with contest uptunes and contest ballads.

If the song you order is not available as a computerized manuscript, you will receive a .pdf file of Nancy’s original manuscript with no bonus sound file. Sorry…all in good time!

Ordering by mail and email

Information to include in your mail or email order:

• Name of the performing chorus or quartet
• Name and postal address of person ordering
• Number of copies to be duplicated, if purchased (a minimum of 4 copies required)
• Song title(s)
• How you plan to pay (check, money order, PayPal). Nancy does not take credit card information by mail, email or phone. You may use credit cards by PayPal only.
• Those who are not able to order online may order by mail. See address above.  Payment must accompany your order…check, money order, or cash (U.S.). Please add $2 to your payment for postage. If you wish your order to be delivered as an attachment to email, please include your preferred email address.

Fee Information

• There are two kinds of fees:

o    Arranging Service Fee

o    Per Copy Fee (set by the copyright owner). This fee is based on the number of copies you require (for example: $1.00 per copy x 30 copies = $30.00)

• The invoice enclosed with your order will detail all applicable fees. The amount of each fee is clearly shown by each song title. Both must be included in your payment.

• Make all payments to NANCY B MUSIC.

Payment Information

• All payments are to NANCY B MUSIC and must be in U.S. funds.
• Preferred method of payment is the online payment service PayPal. Credit cards will be accepted at www.paypal.com. When asked who you wish to pay, enter the Nancy B Music email address:  This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it . PayPal will lead you through their easy process. Please add $2.00 to the cost of your order to share the cost of the service.
• Those who do not wish to pay online may continue to pay by mail…check, money order, or cash (U.S.). Please add $2 to your payment for postage and handling.
• An invoice will be enclosed with your music.
• If you know you want to purchase a certain arrangement, you may mail payment and an email address (in addition to all the other information needed such as group name, contact, address, etc.), and the music will be emailed upon request.

Preview Copies

Nancy is hopeful that the website giving the opportunity to SEE and LISTEN to a portion of an arrangement will eliminate for many of you the need for a preview copy. If a preview copy is still a MUST for you, these rules apply:

• Maximum number of songs sent for preview: 4
• Preview time is two weeks (travel time doesn’t count!)
• Cost of preview: $5.00/order, if NO music is purchased. Nothing, if one of the ordered songs is purchased. If you purchase NO music as a result of the preview request, please send a $5 preview fee for the entire order to NANCY B MUSIC. (This fee will appear on your invoice.)
• Preview copies are sent as an email attachment (if you have provided an email address). All copies NOT PURCHASED must be SHREDDED. Scout's Honor! Sweet Adeline Honor, too.
