- Name of the performing group/quartet
- Name and address of person ordering
- Number of copies to be duplicated, if purchased
- Song title(s)
PREVIEW COPY POLICIES:
- Maximum number of preview arrangements sent for preview:
4
- Preview time is two weeks (travel time doesn't count!).
- Cost of preview: reimbursement of
postage, to be sent when purchasing or returning music. The
postage reimbursement charge will appear on your invoice.
FEE INFORMATION
- There are two kinds of fees:
- Arranging Service Fee
- Per Copy Fee (set by the copyright owner). This fee is based on the
number of copies you require (for example: $1.00 per copy x 30
copies = $30.00 in per copy fees).
- The invoice enclosed with your order will detail all
applicable fees.
- Make all
payments to NANCY B MUSIC.
PAYMENT INFORMATION:
- All payment must be in U.S. funds.
- Checks, money orders and green stuff (U.S. of course) are
accepted.
- NO CREDIT
CARDS...sorry! Credit card payers may use the
international money order service
www.paypal.com. My account is Nancy B Music, Inc.
Please add a $2.00 transaction fee to your PayPal payment to share
in the cost of the service.
- An invoice will
be enclosed with your music.
- Make all
payments to NANCY B MUSIC.
- A PREPAID order can be shipped as an
attachment to an email. If you know you want to purchase a certain
arrangement, you may send payment and an email address (in
addition to all the other information needed such as group name,
contact, address, etc), and the music will be emailed upon
request.
